Tee2Pin GOLF CLUB CONSTITUTION

1 NAME

The name of the Club shall be Tee2Pin GC

2 OBJECTS

The objects of the Club are:

2.1 Primarily to provide a facility to foster the game of golf

2.2 To provide members with an official NGN Handicap Card

3 RULES OF THE GAME

The Rules of the Game shall be those of the Royal and Ancient Golf Club at St. Andrews

4 POWERS OF THE CLUB

The Club shall be entitled to collect money by means of subscriptions, which funds will be used for management and administrative costs only.

5 MEMBERSHIP

Any person who has paid his subscription in full shall become a member of the club for a calendar year or the remaining portion thereof.

6 APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP

6.1 A person desiring to be a member shall submit an application in the form prescribed online

6.2 The election of a member shall be subject to payment of the subscription fees in full

7 RIGHTS OF MEMBERSHIP

Membership of the Club does not and shall not give to any member any right, title, interest, claim or demand in or to any of the monies, property or assets of the Club

8 LIABILITIES OF MEMBER

In the event of the Club being wound up, there shall be no liability incurred by any member other than in the respect of his or her unpaid subscription

9 MEMBERS BOUND BY THE RULES AND REGULATIONS

The payment by or on behalf of a member of his or her first subscription shall be acknowledgement on the part of such member that he or she is bound by the Rules and Regulations of the Club

10 SUBSCRIPTIONS

10.1. The annual subscription of members shall be R 629 and shall be subject to a maximum increase of 10% per annum, which amount will be confirmed prior to the new financial year

10.2 Subscriptions are payable in respect of the Club’s financial year and shall become due on the first day of January of each year.

10.3 A member who has not paid his or her subscription within 2 (two) month after it became due shall not be allowed to continue as a member and shall be responsible for KZNGU fees for the following year

11 FINANCIAL YEAR

The financial year of the Club shall end on 31st December each year.

12 COMMITTEE

The affairs of the Club shall be governed and managed by Mr. David Dugmore and assistant/s (where applicable)

13 MISCONDUCT OF MEMBERS

Should any member be guilty of improper, dishonest or unworthy conduct, or fail to make any payments of monies due to the Club, or be guilty of conduct unbecoming or prejudicial to the interests of the Club or become insolvent, the Committee shall have the power to expel such member.

14 RIGHT OF APPEAL

There will be no right to Appeal

15 DISSOLUTION AND LIQUIDATION

15.1 The Club may be dissolved by the Committee

15.2 Upon winding-up or liquidation of the Club, none of its assets remaining after the satisfaction of its liabilities shall be distributed to any member of the Club.

16 COMMENCEMENT OF THIS CONSTITUTION

This constitution shall come into effect on adoption
